Rev. FInley Philipose

Founder of All Nations Tribal Outreach

Born in the United States of America, Finley Philipose is the youngest in his family. Before he was born, his mother prayed, “If you give me a son, I will dedicate him to the ministry.” Soon after 12th grade, Finley Philipose heeded the call to ministry after having his own encounter with the Lord. Without a desire to do ministry, he took the steps of faith by saying, “If you call me, I will follow”. Leaving family, friends, and other loved ones behind, Finley took his initial steps in his missionary calling after receiving a word from God.

Heeding the call, he applied to Christ For The Nations Institute in 1998. It was there that he began a deeper and closer spiritual relationship with the Lord and was being strengthened and equipped by the Holy Spirit. Soon after, in 2002, Finley heard the call to learn the scriptures in northern India, to a place and culture he had never engaged with. It was there that he not only received his Bachelor’s in Theology, but also where the Lord gave him the vision and direction on how to do missions in areas and people groups that are very connected to their indigenous cultures and lands. After his marriage to his wife and resettlement in the USA, Finley once again heeded the call and attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2008. It was during that time that he received further training and mentorship, while his ministry calling was recognized by the Assemblies of God. He was ordained as one of their ministers in 2009.

In response to the Lord’s leading, in 2013, Finley left for Myanmar with a call to go and a desire to have God’s will be done in his life. Soon after, God orchestrated his mission work in the country, which started a 6-month training course in 2014. It evolved into a church-planting ministry while also operating a compassion care program. It was one year later when the New York Ministry Network recognized the call of God in his life and endorsed his ministry as their first affiliated foreign mission organization.

Today, Finley is ministering in various countries around the world. Not only is he operating in his God given anointing and speaking God’s Word, but he has also helped pioneer several mission works within tribal regions. With the help of the Lord, God is also using him in various spiritual ministries. These ministries include, but are not limited to: A School of Ministry, Pastoral Training Courses, Bible Distribution, Feeding Programs for Widows and Orphans, strengthening a Fellowship of Ministers and churches, ministering to the poor and marginalized, and a host of other compassion care ministries.
